GIVE ME THE SCIENCE:

Stability training refers to performing exercises in an unstable environment. We can manipulate the instability of an exercise through the use of props, tempos, and simply how many limbs are involved in the movement. Some health benefits of stability training include better coordination, improved joint health, and reduction in muscle imbalances. Functionally, stability training is important for everyone. Whether you walk around the city or hike up mountains, improved stability will prevent falls, sprains, and knee pain.
