pull up

Pull ups are one of the most challenging relative strength exercises, but also one of my functional favorites! In this four week program we'll take a full body approach with an emphasis on our upper body "pulling" muscles: back, core, and shoulders. Although this is a four week program, please remember that pull ups are a very difficult exercise, so it may take more time to reach your personal performance goal. The key to full pull ups is consistent practice!
