push up

Push ups are one of the most challenging relative strength exercises, but also one of my functional favorites! In this four week program we'll take a full body approach with an emphasis on our upper body "pushing" muscles: chest, shoulders, and triceps. Although this is a four week program, please remember that push ups are a very difficult exercise, so it may take more time to reach your personal performance goal. The key to full push ups is consistent practice!
