Service Description

In this hybrid class, we'll start improving our strength in basic functional movement patterns. Class ends with drills that target common mobility and flexibility issues of the every day person. Equipment needed: medium & heavy weights; long or loop band


Upcoming Sessions


You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 6 hours prior to class. FITT Club Members and Personal Training Clients who "no show" to IN PERSON classes will incur a $25 fee.
