In this strength based class we'll focus on basic functional movement patterns while implementing the FITT principle: frequency, intensity, time, and type of exercise. Each class takes a different focus within the four variables to get a full body functional workout. Equipment needed: heavy weights, yoga block
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 6 hours prior to class. FITT Club Members and Personal Training Clients who "no show" to IN PERSON classes will incur a $25 fee.
