Service Description

In this strength based class we'll focus on basic functional movement patterns while implementing the FITT principle: frequency, intensity, time, and type of exercise. Each class takes a different focus within the four variables to get a full body functional workout. This class is great for all levels and includes a lot of individual attention. So if you're looking to improve your form in basic movement patterns or advance your skills, this is the class for you!


Upcoming Sessions


You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 6 hours prior to class. FITT Club Members and Personal Training Clients who "no show" to IN PERSON classes will incur a $25 fee.
